Forms of payment accepted are as follows: cash or credit/debit card.  Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management and/or stylist. 

Prices vary with each stylist.  Please contact the salon for pricing with specific stylists.

In order to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, Wild Love asks that child-care arrangements are made ahead of appointment time. Some people are here to escape their hectic lives so we ask that children stay home unless they are getting a service. 

We kindly ask that cell phones be turned to silent or vibrate upon entering the salon. If you need to make or take a call, please refrain from using speaker phone.

Cancellation Policy-

If any changes, such as rescheduling or adjustments to the services booked, need to be made, please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may result in 50–100% of the scheduled service being charged.

No-call/no-show appointments and day of cancellations will result in 100% of the scheduled service(s) being charged.

We always do our best to respect everyone’s time and kindly ask for the same in return. Last-minute cancellations and changes can be very difficult to fill and may prevent another client who has been waiting for booking that time. We completely understand that life happens, so if something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. 

Wild Love is not responsible for any damage to clothing left on under your styling/color cape, so please dress accordingly.

Here are some tips that can make your service results more successful:

Chemical services can have varying results based on your individual hair and previous color/chemical services done on your hair.

It is EXTREMELY important that you make your stylist aware of any and all other processes you have used on your hair/scalp otherwise chemical reactions, unwanted results, damage to your hair and skin/scalp reactions may occur.

Your clothes may be exposed to chemicals, color and products despite our best efforts to protect them. If you prefer, you can dress down for your services.

There is a risk in your jewelry being damaged or stained during your service, therefore we ask that you remove any jewelry before getting a color service.

Our main goal is to maintain the integrity and health of your hair while making you feel beautiful.
